Leona on Livestream

R: Big blob of light that stuns targets in the centre and slows targets at the outside (note: the size is about the same as Miss Fortune's Make it Rain, so it's not very big at all). Phreak says it takes time to land like veigar's Dark Matter. Seems to have about 80 second cooldown. It also seems to have a cool new targetting indicator with the inner and outer segments marked, instead of the usual circle. Note also that it is not global - it has a range of about half the screen fully zoomed out. Unfortunately it's not quite as epic as I was imagining when I first heard about it :P. From what I gather, her passive is similar to lux's passive, except she herself cannot ignite the marks, only her allies can. I didn't actually see anything about her passive on the stream, this is what I read on the NA forum. I have a feeling people are going to call her OP.
