They haven't said anything about this, but I'm 100% sure she'll be either 4800 or 6300. If she's any less I'd be very surprised.

She has a stun on her Q and a big slow/stun ultimate, along with a half-bandage toss (without needing a target) E, it's essentially like Amumu, but with an ultimate she can target. And boobs.

The size of her ultimate is much, much smaller than amumu's - it's about the same as Miss Fortune's Make it Rain, so you'd be fairly lucky to actually hit more than 2 or 3 people, especially with the central part of it.
From what I gather, her passive is similar to lux's passive, except she herself cannot ignite the marks, only her allies can. I didn't actually see this on the stream, this is what I read on the NA forum.
Updated OP with a little more info.
I'm pretty sure it's something like this: "after an ability lands, apply a de-buff to target. Target takes additional damage from teammates for the duration of the buff."

Dont you think she has too much crowd control ?
Not especially, her Q stuns for 1.75 seconds (I think) on a 12 - 8 second cooldown. Her ult obviously also stuns/slows, but tbh it seems to have a much smaller radius and seems to impact a teamfight much less than say, amumu or galio's ult, and it's on an ~80 second cooldown.
