As he is a new champion it always takes some time before people understand to master him, but I think this build is a good idea of a dominating Jarvan. :)
The items seems good. I would probably buy standard boots before I finished Youmuu's, but that's just because I'm lacking patience, so I want to move around faster xD
Another good guide from you - Can't wait until you update it and make more explanations.
