Yeah, you can move one and only ONE time. Dunno why, cus nobody wanna be with those russian f***ers (nothing personal, but OMFG. Like 90% of russians LoL-players are close to being ******ed - and 98% are not able to speak English -.-) and then the western server will have 80% europeans while eastern servers will have 20%, AND THEN we'll have queue again xD

So .. for the topic: I'm gonna be in east. All because I'm Scandinavian - would love a "Nordic" server, even though the waiting time for a game would be 1 min or something.
