Uhhh I'm not exactly sure if this is a glitch, but it seems as though all the champions have lost their base crit chance, at level 18 its all 0% now.
Edit: Nevermind the crit chance is not taking the masteries into account I think, but I don't know about this for sure.

Not sure if it's a bug or not, but it kinda messes up, when a guide has 20 champions in them.
