Fury plays a role, just like Renekton. They don't run off of it, they build it up over time. They run off of cooldowns.

He builds fury from attacks, increased for last-hits and critical hits.
His low health now gives boosted damage instead of critical chance.
So now he can build Critical items without hitting the cap during
Undying Rage
This sounds like he'll do less criticals, but slightly more base-damage. Which means he'll be less insane late game, but much stronger early game; which is what Riot wants. No more constant critical hits, but the damage makes up for it.

No more crit dmg benefit when HP low. But plus damage instead when his health is low.
Removed health cost from all abilities.
Apparently reduced his heal from BL now didnt quite hear....
So far this is slightly better than I thought it would be....But doesn't stop him from being a sooper hard carry.
