I'm a long time experienced Tryn player. The best way to counter Tryn in 1v1 is shear burst. A melee carry like Nocturne might not be able to push Tryn below 50% HP within a few seconds of fighting (especially if he has life steal). Your best bet As Nocturne is to simply fight him, if you start getting low you can turn throw up your shield ((Negating his Mocking Shout)) and try to kite him. Or simply out muscle him with damage or CC, Xin Zhao has some crazy burst and a solid Knock Up. The goal is to make Tryn PoP his Ulti as quickly as you can. You wait for him to use his ulti then you CC him. Anything before and what you end up getting is 5 seconds of 100% crit chance.
It is also my experience that Tryn is a beast in 3s. No problem what so ever in solo laning. As well his early game CS is terrible but late game (whenever he gets his IE) you'll see him 1shotting almost every minion.

As I play with Mal as main now I just dot dot dot him, flash away and see hime die once the undying ends.
When facing Tryn ppl seem to nuke him down using all their spells ending up with cd when he pops his ulti.
Imo, bad choice.
Tryn is worth the CDs if he can simply 1 shot your squishies and you go from being 5v5 to 4v5 to 3v5 before he dies. The optimal choice I always suggest for battling late game Tryn in 5s is focus him. No one builds him defensively so you can simply force his ulti and watch him run or die, or both.
Granted Malz is probably one of the most unbalanced champs in the game currently and Tryn is so gimp I'd be amazed if you couldn't simply light him up with all your damage and force him to ulti, then of course you use your ulti and he's dead.

As far as i know they are just changing the way he gets charges for bloodlust.
Hell, they might not even be changing that...
But in any case, Morello has stated that they are looking at his late and early game. (i.e. he will be more consistent throughout the game.)
AKA, pumping his early game so he is viable and forgetting that his end game is ****ing stupid OP and by giving him a "viable" early games makes him 2 extra people on your team.
