Well, they aren't NEEDED for anyone. They do, however, greatly help a LOT of junglers.
Noteable examples include -
Nocturne
Xin Zhao
Udyr
Gangplank
Master Yi
Irelia
Tryndamere
Most of these (with a few exceptions (like Irelia and Tryndamere)) only need AS Marks and Quints at the VERY most! I'd recommend Armour Yellows for most junglers, and the AS on blues isn't THAT big of a deal. I'd prefer MR over that.

I got shaco and yes , he is a bit tricky but with the right play he seems amazing.
And i really like the fact that it is a skill-cap raise for me in comparison to
udyr / trundle / noct / jarvan / ww / leesin due to the fact that you must be much more careful and must have a much better plan :)
I see.. i have all the runes you mentioned and i just havent upgraded my Yellows to AS.
Think it isnt much of a deal?

As Xen said, stay with armor yellows.

So other than maybe Udyr FULL AS rune build aint needed for any other character?
U don't need full AS on Udyr anyway. I run ArP marks/Armor Seals/Flat Mana Glyphs/AS Quints and do just fine with Udyr.
