If you've played at least 10 games, you're getting a Kayle skin for free. If you get a free skin, you get the corresponding champion.

They haven't yet. I think it'll be around season 2. Don't quote me on that though.

Okay, well I hope it isn't 10 ranked games cause I am still not level 30 and playing my smurf for a week to get to 6300 IP for Wukong probably isn't helping my level.
