no it can't double from crit.

a lichbane, after casting a spell, will buff your attack damage by 100% of your ability power for your next attack.

trinity force, after casting a spell, will buff your attack damage by 150% of the base (excluding items, masteries, or runes) damage for your next attack.

not sure on the crit question, Lichbane is based on AP whereas Trinity is based on base damage. This also means that Lichbane is usually not built or finished rather until a substantial amount of AP is acquired, whereas Trinity is often times the first big ticket item on some heroes.

Lest make it clear. Procs CANT crit. No matter if it is TF or LB or Bloodrazor etc.

Both deal physical damage.

LB mechanic - You use a spell, you get a "charge" that on your next NORMAL attack (not skill) you will deal ADDITIONAL damage. That damage is calculated from your Ability Power. If you have base 50 damage and you have 100 Ability power, the damage you will deal on that attack is 50+100. (ofc in this math i ignored all armor.

TF is very similar but it calculated damage diferently. It takes your BASE damage (without items, masteries, runes and so on) so the math will look like this. If you have 100 base damage you will deal 100+150 damage.
