I would say any CC or especialy Blind will totaly screw him up.
Any anti-carry like Olaf as an example will be good as well.
Immobilise will do the trick so a Morgana/Lux will be a strong pick against him as well.

Bonus armor auras so he does less damage, and both of them can effectively stop his ult.
