hmmm happiest moment... Either when i played Teemo and pulled of a penta and the whole enemy team rage quits. Or when me and a few buds went full tank team and owned the enemy team, laughed through the whole game :D.

Yeasterday evening, in normal solo queue I was the most tanky with wukong and the enemy team has 4 tanks, that was really a bad game we went 33 to 16, so we were 2 times more fed than them but we still lost.
I can never seem to find teammates in soloqueue who can keep up with the DPS end of their job when they go that route. It's annoying as Hell to go into teamfights and watch my team die arund me while I do my best to kill whoever I can...:/
Side note, I always run into tanks on an opposing team who do their job...But never on my team.
Played a game last night as vayne and got a few triple kills. SOOOO much fun...Still lost but I was 19/6/something.

I remember this two days ago :
Me and Nunu we're top in a normal game, like we arrived at the 3rd turret quickly, we decided to facecheck the the first bush, I was just behind nunu as wukong, nunu put a foot in the bush and instanly lost 90% of his health, I saw this I was scared but the time I get in melee (about an half second) he was dead. I easily got back at the tower.
Our whole team was like WTF!? and the Lee Sin ans Wukong who did this were pretty proud.
Its the most impressive FB i've seen, and I was just in it :D

Probably when I did my first real carry for my team when two of our players had quit and it was 3v5, and I ended up at around 30/5/15 (estimate, can't remember the exact numbers)
