Well I was 30 off on AP, but had 6% to spare on CDR. Most guides actually have 570+ AP and 29+% CDR. After Elixirs though, they are all at well over 600 AP and at least 39% CDR. Here are some numbers for you to take into consideration:

Top 5 Orianna Builds on Mobafire (currently):
1. Orianna iRavages build = 577 AP 31% CDR w/ Elixir = 630 AP 40% CDR
2. Orianna Gears of War (AD/AS btw) = 518 AP 31% CDR w/ Elixir = 570 AP 40% CDR
3. Your build = 550 AP 9% CDR w/ Elixir = 596 AP 19% CDR
4. Orianna Play With my Balls build = 571 AP 29% CDR w/ Elixir = 624 AP 39% CDR
5. Orianna Ranked AP Carry build = 644 AP 29% CDR w/ Elixir = 697 AP 39% CDR

So as you can see here, the only build with less AP than your build is the AD/AS build. And regardless of anything, your CDR is lacking. I will say, your AP is a little better then I thought it would be. However, if you choose to stick with the Guardian Angel over ANY of your items, your AP will drop (Even the Banshees Veil beause of Archangel's Staff). If you decide to drop the Void Staff as you suggest when dying too much... you will lose 91 AP (70 + (70 * .3) = 91).

Hope this helped.

I like it alot. Especially the pictures. Don't see many Guides which are explaining this detailed.

k i defend now my guide xD
1 if you read the Guide you may read that i told dont spam your skills they need to much dmg but who cares ? a kill is with this build around 4-5 safe . and if you miss mana then buy first tear instead of blazing wand. kk and you think the 2 attack skills atre better for an agressive game ? not true cause with the protect you can take alot of dmg without to leave the fight. and for ganks/teamfights etc is protect 10times better then Command:Attack.
and after Archangels staff you dont have mana problems and with Rod of ages also not.

**** of Cd you do tons of dmg you dont need cd. and if they attack me there is survivability more important then spam my skills i think.

Btw show me your 600Ap build with 23% cd the best guide here doesnt do this

Zing gets +rep for that comment. He is spot on about maxing out damage and how rediculously fast you will be going through mana with a Command: Dissonance leveled in that order.

One thing that I have to be critical of is your Rune selection... Its as though you are giving up damage and survivability not taking Clarity. Remember, the faster you regenerate mana the more you can use your abilities. In other words, you can do more damage or shield yourself more. MPen is good and all, but Void Staff + Sorc Shoes + Archaic Knowledge + Marks of Insight are more than enough. I would have liked to see the Seals, Glyphs, and Quints go to something more valuable (Force, Celerity, Focus, Clarity, etc).

Last thing I'm going to touch on is the Guardian Angel + Rod of Ages + Banshees Veil... How about tossing one of those items for something relavent, like some CDR or maybe additional AP? At level 18 with full items you are sitting around 550 AP and 9% CDR (only from Masteries). Most Orianna guides feature 600+ AP and around 23% CDR or more. So in other words, they are hitting harder than you and have shorter cooldowns. That is a huge DPS increase in the long run.

Hope this helped.

Don't like how this is written. I wouldn't ever level dissonance first like this. If you want max damage then leveling attack and dissonance together is better. If you want best manaconservation for damage then attack only

I personally would rush a philosopher's stone or a tear instead of the Doran's ring and instead of Vitality seals, take clarity seals. Though, your items and runes are good also. The tips and the picture guide though was well done good work. +1
