Nasus' Wither adds up to a 110% slow after 5 seconds at level 5!! WTF!
Does that mean they move backwards?? Is it a stun?

Let me spell it out.
35% base slow
15% per second
15 x 5 = 75
75 + 35 = 110%

That's messed up.
I'd like to see it fixed, so I can know the actual numbers on it

I don't care about my rep, but you can +rep if you want to.

Slows get less effective the more they're slowed.
I think it treats each "increase" as it's own separate slow.

Thank you. That's a ridiculous huge slow, though. Is it more that Wall of Pain? I do NOT want to do the math on Wither's slow

I don't care about my rep, but you can +rep if you want to.

35% base
15% per second.
So first you lose 35% of your base speed.
Then you lose 15% of the speed left from the 35% that you lost and on and on like that.
I'm pretty sure it goes like that.

No, I think it's additive. But that it's 35%+4*15%=95% instead of 5*15%. Because it slows FURTHER each second. Please correct me if you can find the facts tho.

95% slow might seem OP, but after about 240 (or something like that) slows are reduced in effectiveness by 20% and after 200 (or so) they're reduced by 50%.

It doesn't go to a "negative slow". It would go initial value- 35% then continually take off 15% each second. Just think of each second as a new math equation subtracting from the previous one.

Like I said, that's probably NOT the case..
