new champion, skarner, approaches

There's nothing to indicate suppression-skills suppress the users. Malzahar, Warwick, and Urgot only look self-suppressed because of the nature of the individual animations that involve single targets. That's why those 3 were given suppression in the first place. [[Nether Grasp]], [[Infinite Duress]], and [[Hyper-Kinetic Position Reverse]] are highly important to those champions' success while being single-target, making being able to use [[Cleanse]] unfair against their high-cost ultimates.[/quote]
