Thanks for the feedback, I'll take your comments into consideration and tweek my build accordingly.

As the guy before said you need to get manamune earlier. Other then that I would say srap the Ghostblade and get either a defensive item or a Last Whisper. Urgot doesn't need attack speed at all.

Other then those 2 points I think your build is quite to my liking.

Wait NO WTF... dude, with this build you're going to have serious problems with getting Manamune. It's after all those other, expensive items, when it's so core to Urgot
It's like Triforce on Poppy
Hextech Revolver on Vlad
ROA on Singed
Thornmail on Rammus
You pretty much waste it by getting it too late, and make it pretty much worthless by not feeding it. It's best early-late mid game.
Youmuu's is so gimped on ranged characters, and this NOT an offtank... In fact, it's barely above a glass cannon...
This is bad.
The more I look at it, the less I like it.
