I do have banshee's listed under optional as a replacement for sunfirecape, which i would have appriciated if you had red. atma's does work well, but i haven't tested it yet. but frozen mallet vital for the hp slow and ad, all of which compliment this well. BV is a good item. i just have the above build as the anti-ad build, the anti-ap are listed below.

What is your solution to having no mana regen items? Do you feel that spamming your abilities isn't a good idea, or do you simply go back a lot and get mana regenerated by your summoner platform?
i don't spam really any of his abilities except obviously
This build provides the perfect combo of damage and beef. I would like to suggest going all flat AD or flat Armor Penetration marks I know it doesn't matter too much but it's just an OCD thign lol
thanks. it's personal preference and what you have for marks mostly though. runes don't make champs. items and playstyle do though.

Change Frozen Mallet to BV and The Bloodthirster to an Atma's and youve got a good build. Atmas works wonders with this build as it adds crit chance which you want for IE. You would also get 60 AD and some defense with it. BV coz you need some MR

I don't think I would start out with wither first but otherwise nice build:D
Thanks. the main reason i do is because i(a) normally go TT where ganks are great and (b) First blood.
However, siphoning strike does need to be started early
