Sorry to say but this build is just, not right. And if this works for your Anivia then good for you, but you must be playing against idiots. Also you should have put more thought and time into this, anndd learn about grammar, because it makes you look bad if you type that way.

First off, grammar. Second, vitality everything for runes? I know Anivia is squishy, but seriously? I also notice you have ZERO magic penetration. Why even bother attacking? Ignite is not worth a point in offense instead of magic penetration. The passive for Rylai is worthless to you, you have so much CC. You even say BoS is to catch and stun. Either way, one of these items is bad. And no matter how much health you have, an AD carry, or anyone for that matter can rip you apart easily. The wall would be your saving grace. Instead of selling boots if fed, GET MAGIC PEN. If you must sell your boots, don't get rabadons again! Expensive and a waste of a passive. Get some CDR or Penetration.
