I find that leveling w first is really important. Powerball is cool and all, but I'd just level it once until level 9 or so, because the damage isn't needed if you're dual laning
You focus ur skillpoints on powerball? LOL!
Actually, focusing on powerball helps early game cause constant taunts don't work. However, Powerball also allows for some much needed mobility, and saving your teammate.

I personally think that the Bgugg guide is really good, thanks to it I added an addition to the guide which I think will add to the play style bit...
I take flash instead of cleanse because you can jump minions with it and I usually max taunt first because of easy ganks and shutting down carries in team fights. Overall taunt is a much more useful skill and should be maxed first and powerball last because forcing somebody to kill themselves on ur uber hard spiked shell is much better than a slow. Also wanted to add that the mr marks are not worth it. You should replace them with magic pen (skills) or armor pen marks (auto attack). Rammus can really do some nice damage with the help of his passive.
