Talon Patch Discussion Thread

[/quote] This thread is hardly about Talon, actually, I don't mention anything about Talon in this thread. It's about the "Talon Patch" which includes a number of things, mainly focusing on the new changes to champs such as Sona/Soraka/Taric as well as others, and what people think of the new design changes.
