Balanced, as far as I can tell.

I've got a feeling that it has too many different beneficial stats for AD carries/bruisers. This was the reason why they took Zhonya's ring apart aswell, there wouldn't be much of a choice and everyone would just get it.

Most ad carries get infinite edge. I don't see that being removed.

The Big ***ing ***er sword. Nice idea, but it can substitute Infinity Edge. idk if people would accept changing or not, but I liked the idea.
