Overall, i like this guide, and it has proven the best for me.
its terrible
I don't know about this build, but playing as a Crit chance build, shouldn't you get more crit chance? 42% isn't all that high.
Trinity is a next to MUST HAVE item on Jax. Sheen's effect, a possible slow and some ms/attack speed is always good.
Playing in any queue, I find it really hard for most Jax (Both myself and others) to actually 1v2. Yes, its highly probable that you win if they are ADs or on-hit build, but if against more than 2 people, its rare that Jax would come out alive, even if he is fed. The only situation where I *1v3ed* mostly was because they were running, throwing any CCs possible to run, but not stand and fight (1v3, no backup close).
Have to test build tho :P
PS : I had tried a pure AD build before (Trinity, PD, Tabi, Infinity, Hextech, Black Cleaver). I had enough MS to replace my boots (But Dodge was still good, even tho its replaceable by PD) as well as high damage and crit chance. On the downside, my HP taken much of a beating as compared to AP builds (Hextech, Tabi, Rabbadon, Lich Bane, Abysal, Malady/Nashor's Tooth). To me, AP Builds are more survival, build like Vladimir, while AD/Crit builds lean to Tryn, but without the survivability that Tryn has.
Let me know how you like the build when you get a chance to try it out fully.
As to your concern regarding crit, when playing Jax with this build you will crir nearly every other attack... that't not bad. Couple the high crit rate with Jax's damage output and you have a recipe for disaster.
1v2 really isn't hard with Jax, especially with this build. It is not uncommon for me to engage 2 enemy champs and come out with ~30% HP which can be replenished quickly on minions. 1v3 is a bit harder depending on the situation, but I have found that with this build the chances of your survival are greatly improved.
Give the build a try, I would love to hear some feedback from someone who has played it out in-game.
