Wrath, The Crazed.

Night falls in the plagued city of Noxus.

The pale light from the moon shines down between buildings in the unorganized streets. Amongst the alleyways, and haphazzard constructions, the shadows kept their secrets, and they kept them well. Not even the shadows would dare repeat the sights they had seen in this place.

Wrath's silhouetted frame lurked in the shadows of an over hanging, crooked edifice, amongst the streets of a particularly unpleasant area of Noxus. Not to say there were any particularly enjoyable areas, but this area more unnerving than most.

He emerged slowly into the moonlight, skin as pale as the light itself, facial expression as cold as the ice water that ran through his veins. His thin lips were pressed tight together, and his skin appeared to be stretched like a canvas over his bones. His eye twitched as he stared, face tattooed with numerous scars, eyes an odd yellow orange color.

His frame was a somewhat average build, not too large or small. He leaned forward slightly, and seemed almost as if he was ready to strike at any moment, even when his speech sounded calm. There was never an easy moment with Wrath, and you always felt like he could be at your throat within an instant.

He wore leather over most of his frame, worn leather gloves, cracked leather boots, leather leggings, and even a leather vest. Underneath the leather he wore a comfortable material with a faded blackish grey hue to it. He wore a short scarf around his neck, the tail of which was tossed over his back. His hair was salt and pepper, white black and grey, and was cut incredibly short, only a few millimeters remained. A necklace with a dark pendant in the center of hung around his neck- his ony reminder of the life he had long since left behind. On his elbows and knees, he had round metallic plates, which he used both defensively and offensively.

In combat, Wrath could be called reckless, but there was something of an art to his wild movements. He appeared to have been trained at one point, but long since abandoned the bindings of refined combat, instead choosing a wild, free style of fighting; the kind one adapts after years of life in a dangerous place, and the kind that doesn't expect a fair fight, under any circumstances.

---

(Mana costs, fury costs, or energy costs have not yet been considered)

Passive; (Bloodlust) Wrath gains 10% attack speed and 5% increased damage upon casting a skill. Stacks up to 3 times, duration of (3.5or 4) seconds.

Q; (Elbow smash) Wrath's next attack will be an elbow smash, dealing 30/35/40/45/50 damage + (100/115/125/140/150% AD) in damage. (Resets his auto attack cool-down, much like a Wukong or Nasus Q)

(Cooldown 6-7 seconds)

W; (Unpredictable movements) Wrath's movements become unpredictable and wild, giving him;
Passive; (+5/10/15/20/25% attack speed)
Active; 8/9/10/11/12% increased move speed and dodge chance for 5 seconds.

(Cooldown 12 seconds)

E; (Throwing knives) Wrath quickly throws a dagger. (Skillshot) (Range 500ish? Would prefer it to be somewhat shorter than many skillshots.) Dagger's will deal 40/60/80/100/120 (+40% AD ratio)

(Cooldown 12/11/10/9/8)

R; (Hidden dagger) Wrath makes a short dash (Warwick Q range) to a target enemy, and stabs them with a dagger, dealing 150/300/500 physical damage (+50% AD), and slowing the target by 15/30/45% for 2.5 seconds.

(Cooldown 20/15/10 seconds. As wrath fights, he builds charges that he can use towards this skill. Every time he lands an auto attack or recieves damage, he builds a stack counter which counts towards getting a new Hidden Dagger charge. Once he recieves 7 stack counters, he will get a Hidden dagger charge. Wrath can store up to 3 Hidden dagger charges.)

OOOOOoooohkay. (i just do that because it looks cool)

W is really really gooooooooood. An easy way to balance it would be to slightly buff the MS bonus and make it so that the passive turns off when it's on CD. Also, make the cooldown scale down to 12, 12 seconds at all levels is a little good when it's almost as much MS as ghost.

A skillshot shorter than most would be 400-500ish. (Nunu's ice blast is 550, just a reference) Buff the base damage and increase the scaling by a teeny bit (on E)

Ult-

Lower base damage at level 3, 500 is too much. Also, since this guy is an attack speed hoe, I would make it so that an auto attack only gives half of a counter, and I'd lower the counters needed to 5 or 6.

Otherwise, AD Akali pretty much, except with less CC (less CC than Akali? woah.) and no hardcore escape ability (Pretty much any slow can completely counter that MS boost.). Looking back on it, you might want to up Q base damage and slightly reduce the scaling (like 5%). Right now he seems a little weak, now that I made that comparison....

Another nice idea, Duff. I'm glad you're here (I NEED MOAR CONCEPTS TO REVIEW!!!! MOAR I TELL YOU)

Yeah I wanted the Ranged skillshot (E) to be more underpowered and the Q to be real strong. This would be to give a player incentive to go in and get the job done, rather than sit back.

R to your target -> Auto attack, into a Q -> throw a dagger, and beat them up for a while or even kite them and run around, and then R into your target again.

I think it would be loads of fun to do. Can't comment on how mad it would make someone though lol.

---

I don't think the attack speed would be the issue.

I toned down the values on the move speed and dodge substantially, I think he's sitting at a better place now.

Basically, I think Wrath would be like Talon, except he'd be a touch more auto attack intensive, and he wouldn't fall off as much late game?

His passive and his W would allow you to effectively auto attack, you could build those physical caster items like The Brutalizer and Last Whisper, and potentially still make use of your auto attacks. The Black Cleaver would even be a decent choice, much better on Wrath than it is on Talon.

Trinity Force could synergize with his in and out attack style, and the slowing procs could be useful when you decide to commit and try to chase someone down.

As a champion with a way in but no way out (Other than the move speed burst from W), timing would be key. He'd be a good counter to most AD champions with his dodge on W, but would still struggle vrs Tanky DPS and AP burst.

I'm thinking to make him fury based.
