I hate Leblanc's laning. It's even worse than Veigar. When your teammates feed a leblanc and then she comes up and QWER's you. You die. No skill needed. When you want a gank on a fed LeBlanc, she just double jumps and runs away. No skill needed again.
I think they should fix her late game instead of making her have this annoying lane phase while sucking late game if not fed.

Honestly Katarina and LeBlanc are the 2 champs I almost always feel eed a Mejai. If you can use your early mid game advantage your late game wont suffer as much. She's not OP, just falls off late game

The only reason Urgot scales at all into late game is because of his 1-point-wonder ultimate.
The enemy squishy is doomed, meaning even if you die, you did something worthwhile.

Oh, it always kills them.
Because a smart LeBlanc harasses with Sigil of Silence 3~4 times in lane first before Distorting in for the kill.
That's also why LeBlanc is less effective late game where there are tanky enemies to get in the way. :P
OR, if you don't have to Distort away, and hit them with Ethereal Chains after they survive, triggering the second Sigil for even more burst.
Because a smart LeBlanc harasses with Sigil of Silence 3~4 times in lane first before Distorting in for the kill.
That's also why LeBlanc is less effective late game where there are tanky enemies to get in the way. :P
