oh god i have a hating dice story.
i had a gnome fighter (spears to be exact) that always had the worst rolls, hilariously enough i named him 'lord error prone the stumbler' before we even used him.
anyway story 1:
we get attacked by a bunch of stirges, and since i can't reach anything for some insipid reason i decide to throw a javelin or something. what do you know, i roll a 1. and since the stirge i was aiming at was on someones shoulder basically i had to roll to see if i hit my buddy on accident.
natural 20 crit that actually killed him.
story 2:
we were attacked by a necromancer at night, sure enough bam i die. no worries though the necro ressurects me as a wight. and then i roll 20s as im throwing spears at my teammates.
which was funny since the entire party had been slowly dieing and ressurected. we had a vampire, a mummy, a ghoul(ghast in a few levels.) and me as a wight. along with our own necromancer.
on another note we had a dagger that could cast some inflict wounds spell, and since it was negative energy us undead would stab ourselves and heal.

I had a 17th level halfling cleric of mystra (Forgotten Realms campaign obviously) who had a +4, returning mace of throwing....I mostly used spells...but every time I threw that damn mace it hit...

My luck was rolling a 99 on a BiS (Best in Slot) to get beaten by 100s....In a 25man raiding guild where I was pulling top 5 DPS while being considered "undergeared" then again Warlocks actually USED to be good. Now it's all ***es with 2 button combos topping Damage Done and DPS. ****ing Blizzard I have such a love hate relation ship with them.
