Don't agree with the item build at all. Udyr needs to be tanky to be useful. A tri-force also should always be in his build due to the sheer utility of it and how great all the stats are for Udyr.
His damage, even without any dps items, is already very good.

I have changed skill sequence so i have 1 up in turtle lvl 4... hope that's better :D!?

i dont think you should max bearstance...it only grants you extra speed and i think you should put turtle stance priority over bearstance because during lane you neeed more mana since you are ganna spam your skills to get last hits
