Why should one take ? Personally I think other Summoner Spells are far more worth taking. Cleanse may help you out of some sticky situation but basically you should try to avoid those situations (E.g. by throwing under your feet right as a stun lands). In a team fight breaking one CC is not all that much. As said before, can really shine on Akali.

Considering items I think don't think is an optimal choice for Akali. She scales extremely well with AP stuff. Consider activating her Discipline of Might by runes.
I personally take most of the time, so I'm fine with your choice here. Akali's biggest weakness is her squishiness when she is unable to act (Still not worth picking as explained above) due to CC.

well first off i changed it from cleanse to ignite (started to think after i had turned off my pc ad gone to bed that it probably would have been better. and also the feedback i have gotten from you and others helped me decide) second i like the dorans blade because i dont like to have ad in my runes and for that the dorans is perfect and it works really well if you actually try it
