More Price Reductions! (Poppy and Garen)

But against foolish players that make mistakes ( like no wards and map awareness in general ) he can punish them easily. Tank garen can't die easily (well, like most tanks :P ) but imo he doesn't qualify as one due to lack of CC. Dps / offtank Garen is the way for me, in which case you must deny him early game.
