Doran's start, maybe a second Doran's later on, skip Wriggle's, go for an early Phage into Giant's Belt into Atma's, then either Warmog's or Frozen Mallet depending on what you want to branch off into. Wriggle's is a great item and you're welcome to get it on Lee Sin. It offers faster jungle speed and a safer jungle overall, while giving nice sustain, a free ward, and strong dragon/baron control.
