Eleisa's Miracle was a fine item as it is. CC reduction is great and all but with the extra DPS and a Philo Stone, you could afford to not have as much Tenacity with just smart play and proper positioning. Mercury's Treads won't save your *** when you're being chain-stunned, but a bit of tenacity goes a long way against other CC that positioning CAN save you from.

Elesia's Miracle is still a lousy item. They either need to reduce the price or keep the gold/10 passive, because it's frankly not worth spending the extra 500 gold to gain 35 Tenacity and lose the gold/10 (which is a large reason for buying it in the first place!)
As much as I'd like to have other boot options, Merc Treads are still my go-to boots for basically everyone. Just way too good for the cost.
