They wont match a 300-300 player with a 700-200 player will they? Of course not! The 700-200 player is much more experienced than the 300-300 person. So I'm just thinking that the OP is around 50 losses under wins. That usually puts you in "Normal Game Elo Hell". Just premade your way out of it (:

Why can't games have a written test to get past level 20. I am serious, otherwise level 30 just means time spent ****ing around.
Ask simple questions.
What is exactly is laning, how does the minion line effect xp gain
What is the purpose of last hitting, over pushing, and vice versa... Even better, do you understand there is a difference?
Then some specific ones, like, what is Kass's passive? that ways I don't have to ***** at veig for wasting his nuke on a Kass that already has MR as well.

I am so tired of playing in games with people over like level 20 that have played like 300+ games, and are completely ******ed.
This leads me to think you are one of two things:
A. You're between level20~29 and completely ******ed.
or
B. You're level30 and beyond completely ******ed.
The matchmaking system sets people up to play with people who are of a similar ELO level.
If you have played 200+ games on a regular basis without having a time gap between them of over 2 weeks, you are likely in the appropriate elo.
That leads me to believe you may be just as skilled as a person who will "run into 3 people with 1/2 life, buy the wrong items, run away from group fights, talk trash when feeding... Among 100 other things I'm not thinking of atm"
The closer two team's skill is as a whole, the long the game is.
Long games are fun. Those who don't enjoy them dwell on the idiotic things.

But yeah, if you're playing in games that are full of people that don't play particularly well, think long and hard about why the Elo system has put you there.
Oh, and don't forget that if the Elo system is working properly, you'll only win about 50% of your games, regardless of how good you think you are.
