Great job on the guide :) but I've been having troubles going mid against Viegar. The only that saves me with him is that my egg is next to a turret, any suggestions on how to beat him?

You bet right.

imo everything about the item is good for Anivia, the Ap and magic resist are kind of the more obvious ones but lets take a look at the others. It gives 350 mana~ syringes with arch angel's staff. 7% movement speed~ Walls rely on your positioning, that 7% can really make that small difference between a good wall and a bad one. It's passive? I agree it isn't amazing for Anivia but it is something, especially with her AA range, it's also amazing at taking turrets hehe

I agree with you that it isn't the most important and amazing item for her though.

Yay for some ******* to downrank an extensive guide that took me days to make without even leaving a comment. This is why we cant have nice things.

The farm effect sucks on anivia... Earilier in the game theres no way you can spam it enough to build it very far. Also taking two mana items Cataylst/crystal can be a dumb idea because now your 40 AP lower than you would normally be (Perhaps even more if it comes before rabadon). When I read some of the other high rated guides this concept was quickly shut down and from my own testing with a blue buff you can only get it to 200-300 extra mana by the time you build arch angels which is only about 6-9 extra ap maybe. My advice don't even pickup the tear of the goddess and just go blasting wand arch angels.

If you're going to end up running archangel's I suggest buying a tear of the goddess much earlier into the game so that you don't have to spend late game farming it so much. If you decide not to run archangel's then it obviously you can continue building whatever you like. Just another suggestion.

Yea icey your actually right because of the frozen heart and banshee's in the build you actually gain quite a substantial increase in AP and it makes those items less wasteful. thx for the tip

The frozen heart would look more purposeful if you added an Archangel's Staff the mana from the frozen heart syringes nicely with it.

Path blocking map took about 4 hours. The problem was mainly measuring the distance gaps and mainly the jungle one because the left and right jungles arn't completely the same the same (About 97% similar but there are a few step differances with each side but this is a big complication with crystallize.)
The reason for the drop in AP is because by the time you pickup the rabadons you should have enough to rape through a lot of money fast. If the enemy does magic resist up tho I do encourage void staff before defense (Depending on how much magic resist) (Abyssal scepter is another option aswell). Frozen heart is mainly the best armour item in the game for a kiter but its more for the cooldown reduction. Zhonya's hourglass perfectly viable if your lacking damage. Really have to judge on a case by case basis. Anivia is far from a single build champion.
