Void Staff i believe the percent penetration applies first, not sure though.

so, with this information i can say that the answer of my question is "0". because flat magi reduction makes my opponents mag res 20, and just one of my magic penet. items makes that value 0. no further. that means, my second magic penetration is useless. :(

what if i have 40 flat magic penetration ( Haunting Guise + Sorcerer's Shoes ), 20 flat magic reduction ( Abyssal Scepter ) and my opponent has 40 magic resistance. what will his new magic resistance? 0 or -20? which of these is appling first; flat mag penet or flat mag reduc. ?
