IDK, relies a lot on killing people, has a lot of heals (I don't really like healing spells for non-supports) that aren't necessary to his kit.
Seems a little like morde because his W needs minions to do anything at all.
Ult is meh, its like garen's ult but better.
Otherwise, this guy would just pubstomp all day long and smart players would just play carefully against him and boom, there goes a ton of his power.

Passive: onslaught
any time morimoto kills an enemy champion with an ability, that abilities cooldown is reset.
additionally, when morimoto kills a unit with an autoattack, he gains a large amount of mana.
Q: bolt of war
morimoto throws a thunderbolt in the direction of his cursor, dealing magic damage. if the target is killed, a percentage of its health is returned to morimoto
W: call of odyn
morimoto shouts, dealing damage in a cone each unit killed gives morimoto 1 stack of odyn’s blessing (up to six stacks) . his next attack will use all of these stacks, slowing the target’s movespeed by 7.5% per stack and attack speed by 20% (flat).
E: spark of triumph
morimoto’s next autoattack gains a DoT based on the target’s current health that shreds armor. if the target dies, a large percentage of the damage it has done to morimoto recently will be returned as health.
R: Domination
morimoto calls a lightning bolt from the heavens to strike an enemy champion, dealing magic damage equal to 30/40/50% of the target’s missing health. if the target does NOT die, the target and all surrounding enemy units receive an armor reduction. if the target does die, the morimoto gains attack damage.

the idea of it is a champion that punishes flat team compositions, for example, if you run five atmogs tanky dps champs, spark of triumph will net a pentakill or two for morimoto.
