Intel core 2 Dou 2.00GHz

500gb Wester Digital sata hard drive

Found it on Craigslist and wondering if it would run LoL, Minecraft, and maybe Dragon Nest with minimal lag on low settings. Think it would be good?

It should be able to play LoL and minecraft on mid/high, but I dunno about DN.
It all depends on the price.
You could get a better computer for about 500$

I doubt it will last long if you want to play new releases, my laptop has better specs and it can just about play Witcher 2 on normal settings.

I get 60 FPS at max settings on LoL though. :)

Strangely I get terrible FPS in Minecraft, but I think it's because I have Nvidia Optimus and it's using the integrated graphics. I could change it but I can't really be bothered since I don't even like Minecraft that much.

Speaking of which, it might be helpful if you said how much it costs. :P

Gonna ninja this thread: Are tablets worth it? Isn't a Laptop a better choice?

I'm guessing tablet PCs would be terrible for gaming. Plus, I hate change and new things.

As I said before I'm using a laptop, no idea why since I don't go out much and haven't moved it since I bought it. I guess I'm just too lazy to set up a desktop (or build one myself, god forbid).

OP specs are OK, could probably handle game, but would be smarter to invest in something newer
as for tablets, tablets are nice for day to day consumption, for those moments when you just want to sit on your couch and browse the web, read an ebook, or use an app. But for anything more than that, stick to a laptop.
