Just a helpful tip, your guide is already quite good, but change void staff to abyssal scepter because unless the other team is building magic resist abyssal scepter gives more magic penetration then void staff.
also (this one is just a suggestion) you might want to work in some cooldown reduction to be able to summon tibbers more.
At any Magic resist above 50, Void Staff surpasses Abyssal Scepter in usefulness. 50 is a rather low number for MR that is pretty easily reached; That and the team is almost guaranteed to be building at least a slight amount of MR in response to a (hopefully thanks to the guide) competent Annie nuking them in teamfights. As for CDR, I mentioned in my guide that you get capped without purchasing items. Thanks for reading and thank you for your support :)

Nice guide! I just have one thing to suggest adding to your guide. Do you ever build
Never. It's a good item for other casters, but with such high nuking power as Annie has I find the slow to be a huge waste of an item budget. There's generally nothing left after a full round of spells, and paying such a high price for a very seldom used function of an item seems wasteful to me. Thanks for all the support though guys, I'm glad you enjoyed. If there are any sections you'd like me to add, I'll be checking pretty often so I wouldn't mind at all.
