Force of Nature for sure.If you need MR, you can't get BV (no mana). So, get FoN.
Renekton isn't an auto-attack champion, so it's best to build AD over every other offensive stat.

This. His damage mostly comes from his spells, don't bother with Wit's.

Just to clarify things:
Wit's End is A LOT better early/mid game, while Force of Nature is better late.
Wit's End allows you to generate Fury much faster with 40% Bonus AS and the damage procs on your W.
While you ARE auto attacking quite a lot early/mid game to deal damage and generate Fury, you will probably want more survivability lategame and the MS bonus from FoN helps to deal with getting kited and such.

Force of Nature > Wit's End on Renekton.Since
Renekton is an AD caster, he will not auto-attack as much and gain as much from a Wit's End unlike say, Tristana or Kog'Maw. Since Renekton is also an off-tank with a maximum health steroid, Force of Nature just makes more sense to me.
I agree with Wintermond's evaluation, and agree with pretty much everyone that FoN is better.
