Minion kills are meaningful on everyone. Even Garen.
Having those minion kills is better then not having them. If you smartened up and learned to pick up a phew last-hits between kills, you'd do at least 2~3x better. (Assuming you're not just getting fed)

1. Garen= EZ mode. How to play Garen
Is there a bush?>Yes.>Sit in bush.>No bush.>Find a bush.> In all cases where a bush is present initiate on your target with "Q" and then "E". Exhaust and Ignite as needed. Use "R" when your target is low. Profit.
2. Farm IS ALWAYS BENEFICIAL
3. It's like adding a grenade launcher to an assault rifle, the assault rifle was great before
guess what? IT'S EVEN BETTER NOW.
4. If you're NOT going to farm creeps...WTF are you doing for the first ~20 minutes of a game? Sounds like you're sitting with your thumb in your ***...
