Yes expunge does scale nicely with AP however that only really works into troll buids where you stack attack speed to get your stacks of poison on them and AP so you do an insane damage expunge. Huge flaws in the build though if you did this.

The Grammar / spelling has been cleaned up quite nicely (thank you so much). As far as the content goes, I would suggest expounding a bit more in the gameplay section. The Item build is good, but I would add an optional item section because some of the items are situational. (for example, will give less armor pen. with , unless they have a large amount of armor.) As far as making it look pretty, I don't know as much as I think i know about that, so i would suggest taking a quick look at this guide on making a guide. I have found it very useful, and you probably will as well. Thanks for fixing up your guide so far, and if you fill it out a bit more, I will change my -1 to a +1.

yep the last bit comes from LOL wiki i thought i typed that in the tips and tricks now i see i didnt gonna change that.
the grammer is horrible i know but being not english its a little bit hard for me but il try 2 fix it maybe you woud like too help me?
il get deeper in items and why i choose what il do that.

Big -1. a large bit of this guide is copy/pasted from the strategy section on League of Legends Wiki

other than that, you have horrible grammar (it hurts to read), you aren't explaining anything well at all. ex

Quoted:

This is a GUIDE. please write a GUIDE. don't just say it is self explanatory. If that were the case, then you wouldn't need anything but the items.

Tips: make a guide pretty, clean up the language and spelling etc., add descriptions of what you do/how to do it. If you are going to plagiarize, at least show the intelligence to change it a little. (Better yet, just give credit or write your own.)
