ok so kages do stack but its not worth it lol. Im try to get 100% cooldown reduction is there any way to? I tryed geting 6 different items that had cooldown reduction but no matter what I try I cant get my 6 sec cooldown below 3.6 cooldown.

Cooldown caps at 40%. Stacking Kage's is only worth it if you're gonna keep em for a ****load of time (or rather, the game lasts a ****load of time).

Speaking of which, I played a game using Veigar and a Ryze was on the other team with practically the same build (2 AA's + Zhonya's). The funny thing is that any AP based champ vs Veigar must fear and for good reason. 2.5k ftw!

Same with any other Nuke Caster. I played a Viegar that would eat more than Half of my 3.8k hp on Vlad with a single cast. Sucked ***....
