Normally I can carry every game with Fiddles or Morgana, but they are usually banned. What other Champs can carry me out of 1500 bracket. I am stuck at a constant 1510-1540 right now.

He is hardly ever banned in US as far as I am aware. Most people underrate him because of a severe case of squishiness.

Kog and Cait are both ban worthy, but there are rarely any bans for bot lane since it's harder to carry from that lane.

Malz is always a good Mid to carry solo , mid game your ult helps secure easy kills for your team.

Personally I think damage is what wins games, **** all the ********, and there's nobody better for damage than Brand and Vayne.
