I highly doubt it, and definitely not without having to do a very weird and non-optimal route.

Honestly I think even with an amazing leash you'd have difficulty clearing the whole jungle without any armour runes. I'm not really a jungle or amumu expert though.
I've tried him as a jungler in several empty custom games and once in a normal game, with full runes and masteries. Even then I think I was half-ish health after minigolems with a normal leash (was a while ago though and my memory sucks).

I hear Amumu is a pro jungle lulz. Properly runed, I believe he can even start regrowth and HP pot if he fancies.

He can with a leash, yep. Gets rather low at minigolems though (at least I did).

Yes. You can. Just have at least 13 in defense and a good leash. Go blue -> wolf -> wraith -> golem -> red (though red is a MAYBE as you may be too low)
