You can jungle with Mumu w/o T3 runes. I've played 80% of my LoL with Mumu starting from summoner level 9 or so. Even though it isn't optimal you don't have to kill blue during the first round especially if you don't get leash. I used to go wraiths->wolves->golems->base and then started the second round from the Blue at lvl 3 when you have 1 point in despair and 2 in tantrum. The "secondary" route helped me with early game sustainability a lot and you still level nicely at the same pace as others.
I don't know how the new jungle affects below level 25 jungling tho, might be even easier? :) I guess you are now well beyond lvl 20 and invested to T3 runes which help your jungling a ton :)
