Shes op in my eyes because shes so hard to take out of the lane, if your solo top ( which she usually is ) you farm on par with her she becomes strong enough to rape all your teammates ( expect mid ). If you try killing her you lose your own farm ability because it takes forever and then your behind in farm lol.

Level your W first, and try to get Trinity Force as soon as possible. After TF get wit's end or some other AS item.

She plays a lot like an assassin early, and you won't get the really nice damage you're looking for until Sheen. Triforce is her best friend. No one else needs it like she does.

Start with a Shurelya's Battlesong. You'll be able to farm likaboss using Q and take some damage, the regen will recover everything.
Get a Trinity Force, its totally worthy.
The rest is up to you.

Tanky Irelia in dominion is very reliable champ from what I've been seeing, shes a great squishy eater too if you manage the build right.
