.... Over the past few days I have been saving up for those exact quints, I was just shy of having the amount I needed and I crawfished, got some other runes. I have been wanting to get them for awhile now I can see how they would work good on just about any champ, but I couldn't make myself buy them.
Wish I had gotten them now it doesn't seem like allot of run speed, but at the same time it does If that makes since at all.

Most bruiser / tanky dps / offtank champions do very well with MS quints.
They're good on Ranged carries to help with kiting/positioning as well.

MS quints are amazing on DPSes...try it.
COZ REMEMBER, if you have like 400 MS, you get extra 18 from these...
early game they help tons, you can start something like cloth 5 and still have some MS (not as much as with boots but still a good amount)

And since early game is what runes are used for anyway, it makes sense to use them.

Move speed is always a useful stat. You can avoid ganks, get to lane, gank etc. It may not be better than something else your character needs, but it is NEVER a bad stat.
