If you must know, you can ask yourself the same question but in a different manner. For example, who creates all these unofficial images of league of legends champions in scenarios native to the video game? If you still can't piece it together, it's the fans. Fans of games/music/shows have a tendency, well for those gifted and ungifted in the arts, to create images of said interest better known as fan art. No matter what the show or topic is, there will be a large array of this fan art made for that specific interest, the amount of it solely depending on how much of a crowd said interest can bring in. For most fans, specifically ones of the internet variety, they choose to take screen caps from the interest, if allotted to, and simply add in the caption that said fan would like to present to make it their own for entertainment or whatever purpose they'd have for that specific piece. I can really go on about this in greater detail, but for now, I'm going to assume that you're a smart lad and no longer require further explanation. I'm more then certain you are capable of answering any more questions that might delve themselves into that hollow tin can you call a head from this bit of information.
