EDIT: I erased the doubles, all is fine now. Next time I will be more patient with clicking the publish button, I guess that is the problem. Thanks for the help and I think that it can be locked ^^

Well I recently put in a protection so that if you double-click the save or publish buttons within 5 seconds it will give you a warning. It's still possible that if you click it, wait 5 seconds and somehow the server hasn't responded yet, then click it again, you could end up still double-saving. Even then, it is unlikely to cause this to happen.

It's probably that last thing, I don't know if it's possible but maybe you could write code that will prevent a user from clicking the save/publish button if the user has clicked it already, but if the server has not yet responded.
