Okay so I am making a build (I use it quite often) and for my two optional items I have and . I never actually used these two before but I stumbled across them as substitutes for other items and after reading them closely I got curious as to how it would work.
SO for Tiamat, your attacks cause splash damage, then for Executioner's Calling, on hit you cause 4 damage per second. So ill give you a scenario.
I attack something, the attack causes splash damage, which will then hit other targets in the area. Then the Executioner's Calling will take into effect onto the minions or champs the splash damage hit.
CORRECT? I've never actually used anything like that so I wouldn't know, so can someone enlighten me please?

Yeah but then after Tiamat's effect is applied, does Executioner's Calling effect get applied on the minions that were effected by Tiamats? Dx thats what im trying to get at..

Executioner's calling is a bad example because it's "effect" is an ACTIVE (you can't give a wave of minions grevious wounds). Black Cleaver stacks would splash with the Tiamat, etc. Lifesteal and crit should, too.
