I understand that this is your fifth letter requesting permission to have the letter "Y" permanantly added to the Vowel family, we understand that you believe this to be a form of "grammarism". We sadly regret to inform you that your request has been denied once again. However, we also wish to infrom you that we are strongly considering your request to have "I" and "E" receive equal partnership of coming before and or after the letter "C". We've found multiple occassions where "I" has in fact come before "E" after "C and as such wish to reduce the moronic nature of this neumonic device.
