You should like a additive .35 AD scaling for his future punch just so you actually deal damage if you don't build AP, or make him a caster. But you said he is offtank/ AD, so its best if you increase his Ad scaling on q. Also whats the range on his ultimate? I assume its a set amount, though it would be funny blinking to a recalling enemy into their fountain turret XD.

He is a melee anticarry of some sort. He can be built as a squishy assasin-like champion or an offtank, who focuses on shutting down enemy carries.

He is a cyborg, who can stretch his body parts, like that guy from Fantastic 4
Abilities:
Passive
Each 7/6/5th attack on Danuki deals 25/30/35/% less damage and gives him 20% speed buff for for 3 seconds.
If he is below 30% HP the enemy, who triggered the passive has his/her movement speed reduced by 15%.

Q- Future Punch
Danuki smashes his fist into the ground, hitting an area from beneath to slow targets hit and deal damage. (His fist comes through the ground at the area hit)
Deals 80/100/120/140/160(+75% AD) to targets hit and slow them for 25% for 2 seconds
If a target is under effect by Fortune Cookie you hit that target with Punch From The Future by holding your cursor on that target. There will be no casting delay if the ability is used this way.

Skillshot - Works kind of like Maokai's saplings.

Passive: When Danuki hits a target with a critical attack the target is feared for 0.75 seconds. Effect can only occur once every 4.5/4/3.5 seconds.
Active: Danuki clings to a target for 1 second, stunning them and dealing damage.
Deals 70/90/110/130/150(+80%AD) and stuns the target for 1/1.25/1.5 seconds. During this second Danuki can't move either, but takes 7/9/11% less damage.
E - Fortune Cookie
Danuki throws a fortune cookie at an area, revealing it or the target hit for a period of time.
Deals 90/120/150/180/210(+50%AD & 40%AP) and reveals an area for 3.5/4/4.5/5/5.5 seconds or if a target is hit, the target is revealed for 3/3.5/4 seconds (also in bushes).
Cooldown: 13 seconds

Skillshot - Works like Mundo's cleaver
R - Blink Strike
Danuki predicts a targets movements and blinks to the target after some time. On impact, Danuki deals damage and reduces the targets damage.
After 3 seconds Danuki blinks to the target dealing 150/215/280 (+40%AD+40%AP). Blink Strike reduces the targets damage output with 10% physical damage and 10% magic damage for 3 seconds.*
If target is under effect by future punch, Danuki can blink to the target immediately.
* If the target is out of range after these 3 seconds the cooldown will reset after 10 seconds and you won't blink to the target.
Cooldown: 130/110/90 seconds
Range: 700
His basestats should be something like Xin Zhao perhaps?
